'From' without a clear endpoint
'Available from Monday', 'effective from January' — start dates without explicit duration or end.
What ProfText flags
Duration start unclear when document is read later.
How to fix it
Add specific start: 'from January 2025' or 'after project kickoff'.
Why this matters
Half a date range is often worse than none. 'Available from Monday' leaves the reader guessing when availability ends, whether it ever ends, or whether it has already started multiple times. State the end ('from Monday until further notice', 'between 1 Jan and 31 Mar 2025') so the commitment is unambiguous.
