'Up to date' — undated freshness claim
'Up-to-date guidance', 'fully up-to-date' — freshness claims with no reference date are unverifiable.
What ProfText flags
Recency claim without date. Will become false over time.
How to fix it
Add time window: 'current as of 2024' or 'per 2024 guidelines'.
Why this matters
A page claiming to be 'up to date' provides no way for the reader to assess that claim. Worse, the phrase is often the only thing not updated when the rest of the page ages. Replace with an explicit last-reviewed date and remove the claim — the date does the work without the marketing.
